Stoneyford 5k and 10k Challenge:
Challenge is on May 21st. Preparations are well underway for what should be another exciting day for runners from all over the South East and further afield. It will be a case of all hands on deck for a few hours as everyone welcomes our visitors. The day begins at 10.30am with a kids’ 1k for all national school aged children and will be followed at 11.00am by the 5k and 10k events. Runners or walkers can register on the day prior to the event or online at myrunresults.com. All locals are encouraged to come along and take part on the day, or simply come and cheer everyone one. Fit Club:
The Fit Club which is subsidised by SARG and part funded by Sport Ireland through Age and Opportunity has its final session on Wednesday next 24 May 2023. We would like to thank all who took part and look forward to meeting you again when we resume on 13 September 2023.

Concert in St Mary’s Cathedral:
Lehigh University Choir (USA) will give a concert in St Mary’s Cathedral on Wednesday May 24th. at 7.00p.m. Entry is Free. Singing a variety of classical, folk and barbershop pieces the choir welcomes you to this evening of song. Donations on the night will go toward the Music Programme in Mother of Fair Love School Kilkenny. All welcome.
“The Letter” – A Screening
“The Letter” tells the story of a journey to Rome of Frontline Leaders to discuss the Encyclical Letter ‘Laudato Si’ with Pope Francis. The exclusive dialogue with the Pope, included in the film, offers a revealing insight into the personal history of Pope Francis and stories never seen since he became the Bishop of Rome. A Screening will take place on Tuesday, 23rd. May at 7.00p.m. in St Kieran’s College; College Chapel. All are welcome.

We have a National network of staff and volunteers who provide Support Coordination, Practical Supports, Befriending, a variety of Phone Services, Social Prescribing, Housing with Support and Assistive Technology. We use individualised support plans, to address health, financial benefits and supports, social care, housing, transport and other arising needs using technology and harness other services. We use personalised support plans, provide a point of contact for access to health, social care, housing, transport and other arising needs.
