Stoneyford Active Retirement Group
Undeterred by the recent storms Spaisteoirí Átha Stúin moved their walk destination from Graignamanagh to Kells. The weather was brisk with a sharp wind blowing. The wind, ‘though biting, made the walk invigurating. Tired but not exhausted the group broke the journey with a visit to the Kings Mills restaurant where a warm bowl of soup was greatly appreciated. On returning to Stoneyford the walking group adjourned for a nice warm cup and a lot of chat.
On Wednesday SARG Bowls group met for a much anticipated game of Short Mat Bowls.
On Wednesday evening the Fit Club convened under the helpful guidance of Séamus Nugent. He guided us through some chair based exercises for the session.
On Thursday SARG 25’s group came together for cards and chat. It was a most enjoyable afternoon.
