Lenten Stations:

Eucharistic Adoration:

The Diocese of Ossory is developing a Diocesan Adoration Lay Committee in order to increase the practice of Eucharistic Adoration in parishes throughout the Diocese.  An information meeting will be held in the Chapter Room, St. Mary’s Cathedral on Saturday 6th. April at 11.30a.m.  See poster in Church for further information.

Ossory Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes:

Bookings are still being taken for those who wish to travel on the Ossory Lourdes Pilgrimage from May 21st. to 26th. 2019. All bookings for both Regular and Assisted Pilgrims, please contact Eleanor at 051 880 414 (on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30a.m. to 1.30pm) or email glenmore@ossory.ie.

Evening Retreat for Ministers of the Word:

An evening of prayer and reflection will be led by Fr. Jim Murphy and the Ossory Diocesan Retreat Team. This night will help Readers to reflect in prayer and on the importance of their roles in our celebrations as they read for us the Word of God. All Readers are invited to come along on Monday 1st. April at 7.30p.m. in St Kieran’s College.

Holy Week Ceremonies:

Times will be much the same in Aghaviller Parish as in previous years but we have to make provision for Ceremonies in Dunnamaggin Church.

There will be Mass in Stoneyford Church on Easter Sunday at 10.00a.m.  Full time-table will be available next week.

Collection:                                                     

Collection in aid of “Special Educational Needs”will be held next weekend 6th./7th. April

Summer Time:

Summer Time begins this weekend. Clocks go forward one hour on this Saturday 30th. March.
