South Kilkenny Historical Society:

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 21^st.  at 8.00p.m.    The meeting will be followed by ‘Kilkenny 685’ (January 1966).  This is a Radharc Documentary which deals with the setting up of Voluntary Social Services under the leadership of Bishop Peter Birch, former Bishop of Ossory.

A Lecture ‘The Beginning of the War of Independence in Kilkenny’ will be given by Eoin Swithin Walsh on Friday, March 1^st  at 8.00p.m. Both events will take place in Mullinavat Parish Hall (opposite Church). All are welcome.

Mullinavat Bingo

Bingo will be held in Mullinavat Community Centre on Thursday 21^st. February at 8.00p.m. Doors open at 7.30p.m. All are welcome.

Are you struggling with Anxiety or Depression?  Finding Life Difficult?  Isolated? The Grow organisation is there to help you. The Mental Health Support groups are free and confidential and open to all, no referral or booking needed.  Meetings take place on Tuesdays at 10.00a.m.: Wednesdays at 8.00p.m. and Fridays at 10.30a.m.   The Venue is the Grow Office, Barrack Street.
