The Ossory Priests Society:
The Ossory Priests Society is responsible for making suitable provision for the care of the priests in the Diocese of Ossory in infirmity, sickness and old age.The Annual Collection in aid of Ossory Priests Society will take place next weekend24th./25th. November afterall Masses.

The“Offertory”Collection on last weekend amounted to €630.00. Thank You.
Change in Week-End Mass Times:
Due to shortage of Priests and the number of week-end Masses in the area it has been decided to change Mass Time in Aghaviller Parish and neighbouring parishes from the first week-end of December. Next summer the Diocese will look at new Parish Leadership in the light of today’s reality; then all Parishes in the Diocese can expect many changes.
Stoneyford Church: Mass on Saturdays at 6.30p.m. (No Mass on Sundays)
Mass in Danesfort Church on Sunday at 10.00a.m.and in Kells Church at 11.30a.m.
Hugginstown Church: Mass on Saturdays at 8.00p.m. and on Sundays at 11.15a.m.
Kilmoganny Church: Mass on Saturdays at 6.15p.m.

Diocese of Ossory:
Every Parish is asked to carry out a census of Mass attendance during this month. This will enable the Diocese to obtain an average week-end Mass attendance for each parish.
Vocations:
In order to better promote Vocations to the Priesthood, the National Vocations Office is organising a national “Come and See” event for men between the ages of eighteen and mid-thirties. This event will take place in Mount St. Anne’s Conference Centre, Portarlington from 6.00p.m. on Friday 23rd. November to 4.00p.m. on Saturday 24th. November 2018. Taizé Youth Trip 2019:
A youth trip to Taizé in France organised by Ossory Youth will take place from Sunday 23rd.June to Sunday 30th. June 2019. A week in Taize is an opportunity for reflection and contemplation and a little step back from daily life. But bringing people together is also the essence of Taize and it is a week of meeting young people from different countries and cultures where new friendships are made. Tens of thousands of young people from around the world, including 28 from Kilkenny, made the trip to Taizé this year.The trip is open to Transition year, 5thyear and Leaving Cert students. Closing date is Friday 30th. November.
