Vocations:

In order to better promote Vocations to the Priesthood, the National Vocations Office is organising a national “Come and See” event for men between the ages of eighteen and mid-thirties.  This event will take place in Mount St. Anne’s Conference Centre, Portarlington from 6.00p.m. on Friday 23rd. November to 4.00p.m. on Saturday 24th. November 2018.    For further information, please email: info@vocations.ieor Telephone 056 776 8693.

Diocese of Ossory:

With fewer priests available for ministry throughout the Diocese, every parish will be embarking on a process of consultation on how best to plan for the future. One of the first steps is to gather accurate information. Every Parish is asked to carry out a census of Mass attendance during this month of November. This will enable us to obtain an average  week-end Mass attendance for each parish in the Diocese.
