Memory Technology Resource Room:
The Memory Technology Resource Room is run by Occupational Therapist and showcases a wide variety of assistive equipment. The Room is open every Tuesday on the grounds of St. Columba’s Hospital, Thomastown. It is free to attend and it provides people with memory difficulties and their carers the opportunity to see and discuss the benefits of assistive technology equipment that is now available. The organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding a Parent Evening on Monday 15th. October at 7:20p.m. in the Horse & Jockey Hotel, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. This event is free and open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether their death was recent or not.
