Ennisnag Anglers & Conservation Club:

The Annual General Meeting of the Ennisnag Anglers & Conservation Club will take place at Kingsriver Community Centre at 8pm on Monday 14thMay. All are welcome.

Stoneyford 10k Challenge:

The Stoneyford 10km Challenge will take place this year on Sunday, 20th May 2018. This is an initiative of the Stoneyford Parents Association and was established to raise money for Scoil Náisiúnta Chiaráin Naofa, our local primary school. SPECIAL KIDS 1K CHALLENGE AT 11am.  ENTER ON THE DAY. Number,  Chip Collection and Registration  on Saturday evening 19th May 4-6 pm and Sunday morning 20st May 10.00- 11.15am

Newmarket/Hugginstown Social Club:

The Newmarket/Hugginstown Social Club will have their ‘Get Together’ on Tuesday 1st. May in “Gáirdín an Ghorta” from 2.00p.m to 4.30p.m.  All are very welcome.

Kilkenny Carer’s Support Group:

Meeting on Tuesday 1st. May from 3.00p.m to 4.30p.m at The Village Day Centre (behind the Village Inn Pub). Information and support for past/present carers of people with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Everyone welcome. Drop into the group or for more information call Emma at 056 777 1230.

Alzheimer’s Tea Day will be held on Thursday 3rd. May 2018 in Loughboy Library from 10.00a.m to 1.00p.m. Drop in for tea/coffee and a selection of freshly baked cakes.   An information talk “Understanding Dementia” with Day Care Nurse Manager Moira Knowles will take place at 11.00a.m.
