Carrickshock Bord na nÓg:
Registration next Saturday March 10th from 12.30 to 1.45 in Hugginstown Hall. We’ll have a cup of tea and a bun too. It might not look like hurling weather out there now but hopefully that won’t last too long! Senior League: Carrickshock take on Ballyhale Shamrocks next Sunday 11th in the ‘New League’ (old Byrne cup) at 11.00 in Ballyhale. Keep an eye on Kilkenny GAA fixtures website for any changes.
Stoneyford Development Association: 48th Annual General Meeting
Please note the Annual General Meeting of the SDA will take place on Monday 12th March 2018 at 8pm at Stoneyford Community Centre. Annual Membership is only €5. Membership forms available at the AGM Registration Desk on the evening. Only paid up members are entitled to vote or to be elected to Committee. Hedgerow Cutting:
Many thanks to all the local Farmers and Landowners who cut their hedgerows recently.
Litter Free Environment:
Remember a Litter Free Environment is the responsibility of all of us and just not the Tidy Towns Group. We are seeking Road & Estate volunteers to take part in our 2018 Litter Pick campaign. Litter Picks will take place on the first Saturday of each month commencing on 10th March up to and including first Saturday in October. Two volunteers per road or estate would mean a maximum of 4 Litter Picks per year per volunteer. Many hands make light work! Thank You.
