Parish Eucharistic Ministers:

If anyone is willing to serve in Hugginstown or Stoneyford Churches as Eucharistic Ministers please make contact at 056 776 8693.   Training will take place on Saturday next 24^th. February from 10.00a.m. to 12.30p.m. in St. Kieran’s College. Extra Eucharistic Ministers are need in both Churches. to extend our present weekly rota.

Parish Choirs:

Members of Parish Choirs are invited to participate at the Ordination of Mgr. Dermot Farrell as Bishop of Ossory on 11^th. March in St Mary’s Cathedral.  Practice on Sundays in St John’s Church, Kilkenny at 5.00p.m.

A maximum of five members from each parish will be allowed. Please ring; 056 776 8693

Collection:

The “World Meeting of Families” Collection will be held after all Masses next weekend 24^th./25^th. February 2018.

Lenten Station Masses:

Lenten Station Masses will take place on Sunday 18^th. March in Stoneyford Church at 10.00a.m. and in Hugginstown Church at 11.00a.m. Envelopes available in the Church.

Lenten Crusade for Life

Join with people all over Ireland in the Lenten Crusade for Life. Why not offer up your prayer and fasting during Lent for the Protection of the Unborn?

Perhaps you may like to say the rosary each day, do some form of fasting or attend Mass and offer it for the protection of Life.

Confirmation and First Holy Communion Preparation:

All Parents of the Parish Confirmation Classes and First Holy Communion Classes are invited to a Reflective Evening in Preparation of these Sacraments on Tuesday 27^th. February in Hugginstown Church from 7.00p.m. to 8.00p.m.

Trócaire:

On this First Sunday of Lent, Trócaire asks people to remember the thousands of families who have been torn apart by conflict. The Lenten Theme this year is: “Don’t give up on Kumba this Lent” Kumba’s story is told on the Trócaire Box. “Acts” Retreat for Women:
