Sacrament of Healing and Reconciliation:

The Sacrament of Reconciliation for Christmas will be celebrated during Masses on next Saturday 9^th. December. In Stoneyford Church during the 6.30p.m. Mass; and in Hugginstown Church during the 8.00p.m. Mass.

Thukolo Gospel Choir: 

The Choir will be joined by other musicians and singers in presenting a fundraising concert in St. Fiacre’s Church, Kilkenny at 7.30p.m. on Friday 8^th. December.  Funds raised will help bring young people with Special Needs to Lourdes at Easter.  Tickets will be available at the door on the evening.

Stoneyford School:

Meeting of ‘Board of Management’ will be held in the School on Monday 4^th. at 8.00p.m

Parish Council Meeting:

Meeting held on Wednesday 29^th. November had a report from the Southern Deanery Forum. Each parish have two representatives and Aghaviller representatives are Kay Power and Lily Burke. The meeting arranged the Christmas timetable of Masses etc. Discussed First Holy Communion and Confirmation; World meeting of Families and Garda Vetting.

Next Meeting on Wednesday 31^st. January. New members and ideas are always welcome.

Family Christmas Masses:

There will be Mass for Young Families and Children on Christmas Eve on Sunday 24^th. December;

In Stoneyford Church at 6.30p.m. and in Hugginstown Church at 7.00p.m.

Many of the children will be taking an active part in these celebrations. They will be involved with the Choirs, Readings, Prayers, Gifts, Servers etc. All children are invited to bring a little gift for others who are in need. We ask parents to come with their children and to join in the singing of the Christmas Carols and to celebrate as family.
