Village Renewal Scheme:
A delegation from Stoneyford Development Association had a very positive meeting with Executive members of Kilkenny County Council regarding the implementation of the 2016 VRS and other important issues.
Village Memorial Garden.
You will have observed that various flags have flown at the Memorial Garden this year. The Carrickshock, Kilkenny, Ireland and EU flags have flown proudly on appropriate occasions throughout the year to date. All we need now is a Leinster flag to complete the set!
Senior Citizens Party.
The Stoneyford Senior Citizens Christmas party will take place at the Community Centre on Sunday 17th December. Watch out for further details.

If you haven’t already paid your annual Text Alert Subscription, you may still do so, by giving your name into Fitzgerald’s or Irish’s in Hugginstown or leave it into the letterbox of Gairdin na Gortha. New members may still join as above, by putting your name, address and mobile number in an envelope. Texts will be suspended from 24th. November for anyone who hasn’t renewed.
