Senior Championship
The seniors played out a thrilling draw in the quarter-final of the championship against James Stephens in Thomastown on Sunday. After ebbing and flowing all the way through, a free to The Village 2 minutes into injury time sent it to a replay. Minor Championship
The minors face Cloneen in their championship quarter-final this weekend. Exact time and venue depends on senior replay arrangements. We know it’s a busy weekend of championship action, but we’d encourage all to give the minors their support.
Under 12s
Carrickshock Under 12s rounded off their season in style on Saturday last, winning out the Naomh Eoin (Myshall) Under 12 tournament. They beat Ballyhale Shamrocks and Naomh Brid before overcoming hosts Naomh Eoin by a point in the final cliff-hanger. It adds to their earlier victory in their Go Games section, where they only lost 1 out of 9 games in the whole campaign. The coaches Anthony Aylward ,Pat Dwyer and Neil Conway would like to thank the boys for their excellent effort and good attitude all season.
