Féile Week-End:

Participants will attend Mass in Hugginstown Church on Saturday 17th. June at 8.00p.m.

followed by a BBQ and Party in Hugginstown Community Centre.

Carrickshock GAA Club and the Camogie Club wish to thank all who have assisted in the build up to Feile 2017,

and who contributed to the fundraising.

The GAA Club will host Hospital/Herbertstown, Co Limerick and the Camogie Club will host Cillard, Co Kerry. We invite all to support the boys and girls of the parish on what will be an exciting weekend for all codes. Games will be played in Hugginstown from 3.30p.m. on Friday 16th. June and on Saturday morning 17th. June from 10.00a.m.

Fás Community Employment:

There are vacancies on the Fás Community Employment Scheme for Newmarket/ Hugginstown and Stoneyford areas. If anyone is interested in seeking employment please contact Paul on 087 248 5111.

Help Needed: As it is getting very difficult to fill these vacancies, help will be needed in keeping the Cemeteries in a good condition. If you have a little time to give to cut grass or to clean up please let us know so that we can call you to give a helping hand.

Collection:

A Church Door Collection in aid of “St. Vincent de Paul” will be held after all Masses next weekend Saturday 17th. and Sunday 18th. June.

June Collection:

The “June Collection 2017” for the support of the priests of the Parish and the Diocese will be taken up during the month of June. Envelopes for this collection are available in Porch.

Bike Week takes place from June 10th. to June 17th. Anam Cara:

The organisation supports bereaved parents. It is holding its next monthly Parent Evening on Monday 19th. of June from 7:30p.m. to 9:00p.m. in the Horse & Jockey Hotel, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. This event is open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether the death was recent or not.
