Carrickshock GAA News 1 Bealtaine 2017

Senior Hurling

Carrickshock face St. Martins in the 2nd round of the league on Friday. The game is in James Stephens, Kells Road, throw-in at 7.00. An injury time goal and point were needed to rescue a point in the 1st round, will we have the same drama again?

Junior A

The Junior A’s lost  out to Mount Leinster Rangers in the last round of the Junior A League on Thursday in Hugginstown, scoreline 0-19 to 2-9.

Minors

The minors are up against Tullogher in the Shield Final of the special 13-a-side competition on Thursday, 7.0 in Hugginstown. Would be great for the lads to get a win here before the break for exams, with the league to start on July 1.

Under 16s

The Under 16s finished the league on a high last Thursday, beating O’Loughlin Gaels B by 3-11 to 4-4. No more matches now until 1st round of the Championship, probably in August.

Under 10 Go Games

The Under 10s welcomed Graigue-Ballycallan to Hugginstown on Saturday last for the 1st of Go Games matches. A good start by the Shocks, good luck for the rest of the Go Games campaign boys.

Feile Fundraiser

Carrickshock GAA host O’Loughlin Gaels and Mullinavat in the Senior League this Saturday 6th at 7.0. The Under 14 camogie and hurling clubs will have a shop selling tea/coffee/cakes to raise funds for the Feile in June. All support would be much appreciated.
