Extra envelopes for the Easter Offering Collection are available at the Church Porch. Please take one and return it with your offering during the Easter Season. This offering is for the support of the priests of the Parish and Diocese.

Stoneyford Tidy Towns:

The May Litter Pick will take place on Saturday 6th. May at 10.30am. Meet at Community Centre. Bring your own High Viz Jacket and gloves please. Litter Pick and heavy duty bags will be supplied. Do wear appropriate footwear. Support your community and your village.

Stoneyford Active Retirement Group:

A meeting in the Community Centre, Stoneyford on Wednesday 3rd. May at 2.30p.m.. Planning a 3/4 day trip to Belfast in October.

Anyone interested in this will be welcome.

World Meeting of Families 2018:

The Diocese of Ossory will host a wonderful Family Fun Day at St. Kieran’s College, Kilkenny on Sunday, 7th. May 2017.  There will be Hurling and Camogie, Children’s Entertainment, Puck Fada, Sacred Space, Art Workshops, Music Workshops and lots more.  At 12.00noon the Diocesan Launch of the World Meeting of Families 2018 will take place. All are welcome to come along and enjoy a great day with others from around the Diocese.

South Kilkenny Historical Society:

A Lecture on “The 1917 Kilkenny By-election” by Dr. Eugene Broderick will be given on

Thursday, May 11th. at 8.00p.m. in The Rising Sun, Mullinavat. All welcome

Kilkenny Carer’s Support Group:

Meeting on Tuesday May 2nd. from 3.00p.m. to 4.30p.m. at The Village Day Centre (behind the Village Inn Pub). Information and support for past/present carers of people with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Everyone welcome. Drop in to group or for more information call 056 777 1230.
