All Ireland Club IHC Final

After all the hard work and build-up, we’re now less than 2 weeks away from the All Ireland Final. The final takes place on Saturday week February 18th in Croke Park, with throw-in at 4:45.

Before that Mooncoin will try to raise the Kilkenny flag in the Junior final at 3:00. Galway Intermediate champions Ahascragh Fohenagh will provide formidable opposition after they convincingly beat favourites Lismore of Waterford in last week’s semi-final. There will be buses from Stoneyford (087 9715304) and Hugginstown (087 2128834) – be sure to phone and book your seat to avoid disappointment. Club colours available in the local shops.

Under 14 Football

As usual the Under 14 footballers are the first juvenile team of the year to take to the field. They made the trip to Ballyragget on Sunday for the 1st round of the league and put on an impressive display to come away with the league points. Next up is a visit by Blacks and Whites to Hugginstown.
