Once a year we can give them the acknowledgement they deserve through the Carers of the Year Awards. We need your help to identify these carers. If you know a Carer, whether a relative, neighbour or a friend, who you think should be recognised and rewarded for the extraordinary levels of care they provide to a loved one, then please nominate them.
There are two Categories of Awards: Carer of the Year and Young Carer of the Year and this year we are acknowledging the increasing numbers of young carers and for the first time there will be 4 regional Young Carer of the Year awards. Thank you for your support.
Ways to nominate are: on-line by completing the nomination form at www.familycarers.ie Email: jleeshue@familycarers.ie, or Telephone: 053 914 0511 to request a nomination form.
