Theology Course:

Charity Cycle:

Kells Kings Charity Cycle will take place on Saturday 27th. August in Kells, in aid of Cois Nore Cancer Support Centre, Kilkenny. There are cycle routes to suit all levels – 116km.; 68km.; 45km.; 40km.; and a family fun cycle of 7.5km. All details can be found at www.kellskings.ie or on Kells Kings Facebook Page. For people who would like to support but do not cycle, volunteers on the day are always very welcome.

Carrickshock G.A.A.

Carrickshock GAA Club invite all to a fundraising morning for Carrickshock GAA and Juvenile clubs. The Big Fry will take place on Sunday August 28th. in Stoneyford Community Centre from 9.30am. All are welcome.

Arthritis Ireland:

Arthritis Ireland is seeking volunteers in the Kilkenny area to help run activities for all age groups with Arthritis or Fibromyalgia. You do not need to have Arthritis or Fibromyalgia to be a volunteer. If you think you have the skills and free time necessary for such an initiative, please contact 086 234 6491.

The Irish Cancer Society’s ‘Volunteer Driver Service’ is a free transport service available to patients undergoing Chemotherapy Treatment. To avail of this service, please talk to your healthcare professional or call Rebecca in the Irish Cancer Society on 01 231 6642.
