Carrickshock G.A.A. 30 Bealtaine 2016

Intermediate Hurling

The Intermediates kept the momentum going with 2 wins in 2 weeks, this time against Dunnamaggin last Sunday in Windgap. Well done lads, great recovery after a shaky start. There’s a long break now before the next round, when they take on Tullogher in Piltown on Friday 8th July.

Junior A Hurling

The Junior As put in a positive performance on Saturday evening, visiting neighbours Mullinavat, but 5 point loss didn’t accurately reflect their display. Next Junior A match scheduled for Sat June 25th in Hugginstown vs Mooncoin.

Schools Hurling

The school’s team sadly came up short in the semi-final of the league/championship against Tullaroan last week. They’re still in the Tommy O’Brien cup, the semi-final fixture is yet to be finalised, but should take place this week. Best of luck lads, would be great to make another final.

Under 14 Hurling

The under-14s have 2 wins out of 2 under their belts in the league so far, they should have round 3 before the end of this week. Keep an eye on the fixtures website for details.
