Mass of Thanksgiving:

In appreciation for the dedicated service of CURA Volunteers and Friends over the past forty years in our diocese, Bishop Freeman will celebrate a Mass of Thanksgiving on Wednesday, 27th. April at 10.30 a.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel, St. Mary’s Cathedral, Kilkenny, followed by refreshments in the Chapter Room.  All involved with CURA past and present are welcome.

World Youth Day 2016:

World Youth Day will be celebrated in Krakow from the 25th. to 31st. July 2016.  Young people, over the age of 18 years of age are invited to take part. Please contact Fr. Jubilee Volunteers are needed in Rome for this year. Volunteers are asked to give at least a week (or 4 days for the major events) in Rome. The Volunteers will welcome pilgrims at several meeting points, providing information about the services available to pilgrims; they will accompany pilgrims on the pathways designated specifically for them to reach the Papal Basilicas. To become a candidate, you must fill out the application form which can be got from Ossory Adult Faith Development or from

Fit Club:

Exercise classes for adults (men and women) in Stoneyford Community Centre . Come along and enjoy some gentle exercises in a fun atmosphere with a fully qualified and insured older adult instructor.
