St. Mary’s Cathedral Restoration Fund Draw:
A new Draw will begin on Wednesday 30th. March. Tickets are available at the moment at €10.00 per month from the Parish House, Hugginstown. The draw will be held on the last Wednesday of each month with prize money €5,000.00 per month. Tickets must be in by Monday 28th. March to be included for this months draw. Carer Support Group:
Kilkenny Carer Support Group will meet on Tuesday 5th. April from 4.00p.m. to 5.30p.m. at The Village Day Centre (behind the Village Inn Pub). Information and support for past/present carers of people with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Everyone welcome.
Annual Remembrance Ceremoney:
St Luke’s Hospital will be holding it’s Annual Remembrance Ceremony for families who have been bereaved by the death of their child through miscarriage, still-birth or early infancy death. This ceremony will take place on Wednesday, April 13th. in St Fiacre’s Church, Loughboy, Kilkenny at 7.30pm. While we issue a special invitation to families who have been bereaved during the past year, this ceremony is for all families who have been bereaved, regardless of how long ago. Refreshments will be available for everyone after the ceremony.
Divine Mercy Sunday:
Celebration of Divine Mercy Sunday on 3rd April at the Capuchin Friary, Kilkenny from 2.00p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Rosary, Chaplet of Mercy, Confession, Holy Hour, Mass at 4.00 p.m., with blessing of St. Faustina Relic. All are welcome. For further information contact Kathleen Collins at 086 124 4934
