Mushroom Swiss Steak
Ingredients:
800g Round Steak
1 medium Onion chopped
100g Button Mushrooms or mushrooms, cut in 1/4s
Tin of Mushroom Soup
Method:
Brown the meat in a frying pan
Fry onions for 3 minutes
Add soup, stir well
Put in an ovenproof casserole
Cook in the oven @ 180degrees for 2 hours, until tender
(Add the mushrooms after 1½ hours)
