Audrey’s Yogurt Cake

Audry Yogurt Cake

8 or 9 inch tin. (Oblong loaf tin is ideal)

Oven: 140C Fan Oven


Use a small tub for ingredients– 125g



1 tub of   Yogurt (plain or hazelnut).thumb_IMG_2130_1024

1 tub of  Flora Oil

2 tubs of Castor Sugar – (a little less will do)

3 tubs of Self-Raising Flou

1 egg

Flavouring – possibly Vanilla



Mix well.

Bake for 1 hour in a moderate oven (140C Fan)
