                        Vigil – Saturday 6th. at 8.00p.m.;     Sunday 7th. at 11.00a.m.

Stoneyford:       Wednesday and Friday at 7.00p.m.

                        Vigil – Saturday 6th. at 6.30p.m.;     Sunday 7th. at 10.00a.m.

The Theme of Catholic Schools Week 2016 is “Catholic Schools: Challenged to Proclaim God’s Mercy” It will run from Sunday 31st. January to Saturday 6th. February.

Blessing of Candles to be used in the Churches during the year will take place during Mass today at 9.30a.m. in Hugginstown Church. Church Candles, (or Donations for Church Candles), which will be blessed during Mass today may be left into the Church Sacristy.

Wednesday 3rdFeast of St. Blaise:     Blessing of Throats will take place during both Masses today. In Hugginstown Church at 9.30a.m and in Stoneyford Church at 7.00p.m.

Friday 5th.        Feast of St. Agatha.         First Friday

Visitation with Holy Communion will take place as usual next week-end. Please let us know if you would like to receive Holy Communion in your home for the First Fridays or at any other time.

The  next meeting of the Kilkenny/Carlow Coeliac Support Group is on Monday 1st. February at 8.00p.m. in St. Patrick’s Parish Centre, Loughboy.

Stoneyford Active Retirement:

Next Meeting on Wednesday 3rd. February at 2.30p.m. Bowls afterwards for anyone interested. All are very welcome.

Kilkenny Carer Support Group:

Next get together on Wednesday 3rd. February from 4.00p.m to 5.30p.m. at The Village Day Centre (behind the Village Inn Pub). Information and support for past/present carers of people with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Everyone is welcome.
