Exercise classes for over 50’s (men and women) return to Stoneyford Community Centre after the Christmas break. Come along and enjoy some gentle exercises in a fun atmosphere with a fully qualified and insured older adult instructor. Over 50’s Bowling and Go for Life:
The ‘Go for Life Games’ involve three sports that can be played in Singles, Pairs and Teams. The emphasis of the games is on participation and fun with the games played in a non-competitive way.
