S.A.R.G. 1 Aibreán 2015
At a recent meeting of S.A.R.G. the members were presented with their Cardiac First Response Certificates. It was decided to have meetings in the afternoon rather than in the morning as was the case heretofore. This will allow the group to have guest speakers, activities, discussions etc. without a time constraint.
We have invited a Tai Chi instructor to address the next meeting on the 6th. of May. If there is enough interest the group will have regular Tai Chi classes.
The June meeting will be held in New Ross where the group will visit the Ross tapestries, The Dunbrody Famine Ship and Kennedy Park.
Our three poets Angela, Paddy and Celine read their latest poems to the enjoyment of everyone. An enjoyable morning was had by all.
