Easter Offerings:
Extra envelopes for the Easter Offering Collection are available at the Church Porch. Please take one and return it with your offering during the Easter Season. This offering is for the support of the priests of the Parish and Diocese.
Monroe School:
There will be a 3K/6K Fun Run/Walk in Hugginstown on Easter Monday, April 6th. 2015, to help raise funds for S. N. Móin Ruadh. There will be prizes of €50.00 for the first man and the first woman home in the 6K. Also lots of children’s prizes and spot prizes on the day. Tea/Coffee and Confectionery will be served to all participants after the event. Start Times: 3K. at 11.30a.m.; 6K. at 12.30p.m. from Carrickshock G.A.A. Grounds. Registration will take place form 10.30a.m. on the morning of the run. Entry Fee €10.00 for Adults:

The Official Opening of Stoneyford Playground will take place on Easter Sunday from 2.00p.m. to 4.00p.m. There will be Bouncy Castles and an Easter Egg Hunt. All are welcome.

Hugginstown Community Centre:
The Committee of Hugginstown Community Centre wish to acknowledge and sincerely thank the people of the area for their remarkable generosity in the recent door-to-door collection. Over €7,000.00 was raised. This has been used to clear the remaining debt after our Community Centre was upgraded to a high standard. This facility is available for use by all. Please contact Tom Walsh 087 252 8669). Official Re-Opening of the Centre will take place on Sunday April 19th. 2015 at 12.00 Noon.
Refreshments will be served and all are most welcome.
Newmarket/Hugginstown Social Club:
A ‘Get Together’ will on Tuesday 7th. April from 2.00p.m. to 4.30p.m. in “Gáirdín an Ghorta”, Newmarket. All are very welcome.
Hugginstown/Newmarket Development Association:
The Spring Clean Up will take place on Saturday 11th April between 11.00a.m. and 1.00p.m. All volunteers please meet at 11.00a.m. at Calvary Cemetery.
All rubbish on approach roads to both Villages needs to be collected. All hands are needed.
