The Annual Walk from Hugginstown to the Battle of Carrickshock Monument will take place this Sunday 14th. December after 11.00a.m. Mass.

St. Vincent de Paul Society:
The Annual Christmas Appeal in aid of the local St. Vincent de Paul Society will be held after all Masses on this weekend 13th./14th. December.
Family Christmas Masses:
There will be Mass for Young Families and Children on Christmas Eve on Wednesday 24th. December; In Stoneyford Church at 6.30p.m. and in Hugginstown Church at 7.00p.m. (Please note change of time in Hugginstown Church). Many of the children will be taking an active part in the Masses. They will be involved with the Choirs, Readings, Prayers, Gifts, Servers etc. All children are invited to bring a little gift for other children who are in need. We ask parents to come with their children and to join in our Christmas Celebrations.

A public meeting will take place in Stoneyford Community Centre on Tuesday 16th. December at 8.00p.m. for those who wish to partake in a Local History Group. It is intended to elect a committee at this meeting. All are very welcome.

Stoneyford Development Association:
Stoneyford Development Association is hosting a Christmas Evening on Saturday 20th. December from 5:30p.m. to 8.00p.m. in the Community Centre. There will be a Santa Grotto; Crepes; Carol Signing; Mince Pies and Mulled Wine. There is also the chance to win a Luxury Christmas Hamper in the Raffle. All are very welcome.
The Playground Committee would like to thank all the volunteers who gave generously of their time and cake making abilities towards making our ‘Little Bit of Everything Sale’ a great success. The event raised over €4000.00 towards the playground fund. Many thanks to all.
